Space Planning
Not just a floor plan, but a crucial step in the design process to determine spatial requirements and capacities while maximizing the functionality of each space. Regardless if you're renovating or building new, this step is the map to your vision, and can analyze the under-utilized spaces, the pinch points, and the circulation, creating a space that flows, works best for the client, and just makes sense.
Concept Development & 3D Rendering
This phase is where the design starts to take shape and the overall vision for the space is born. The concept is the creative foundation that guides all future design decisions. We take inspiration from the client's personal style and vision, and blend them together with the must-have functions of the space. This helps the client envision the potential of the space, and make adjustments before the next phase.
Construction Drawing Packages
These drawings form a complete set of details and specifics for your general contractor to execute the spaces' interior architecture. A complete set will include floor plans, elevations, section drawings and details - a 2D package to scale, complete with annotations, dimensions and tags corresponding to the specification package.
Specification Packages
A booklet containing all the appliances, plumbing fixtures, finishes, lighting, hardware, furniture etc. that we've picked together over the course of the design process. This corresponds to the construction drawing package, and streamlines that process for your contractor to get accurate pricing to order from.
Furniture Procurement & Styling
Looking to refresh your existing space with new furniture and decor? We can do that. We will put together a furniture package, along with a floor plan to scale, blending form and function seamlessly. If you're just looking for a few odds and ends - we can do that too.
Nursery & Kids Spaces
